All conference events will be held at the Deer Creek Lodge & Conference Center in Mt. Sterling, Ohio. This year OCPA has several Conference Registration Packages. For those attendees that need lodging, your conference package fee includes two nights lodging (Monday & Tuesday), two breakfasts, three lunches, two dinners, all breaks and conference registration fee. For those attendees who do not need lodging, your conference package fee includes three lunches and all breaks. OCPA will be handling all room reservations and will invoice for the lodging and conference as a bundle package.
OCPA will make your hotel reservations upon receipt of your registration form and will invoice you according to the conference package you selected. As you will see on the detailed Conference Attendee Registration packages, you can also make a room reservation for Sunday evening for $69.
IMPORTANT: For planning purposes, all registrations that require lodging need to be received no later than MARCH 28, 2012 due to our room block being released on March 29th. Cancellations also need to be received by March 28th. OCPA is financially committed to Deer Creek Lodge for all rooms on this date and no refunds will be issued. If payment has not been received by that date, you will be responsible for the invoice. Please feel free to forward your Conference registration without payment in order to meet the deadline. Conference registration will be processed without payment as OCPA will invoice your organization.
All Lodge rooms include balcony or patio; clock radio, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, mini-refrigerator, telephone with voice mail & data port. satellite tv and free WiFi throughout the hotel. Deer Creek Lodge & Conference Center has a 1,277 acre lake; 18-hole championship golf course, 9-hole miniature golf/putt-putt, bicycle rentals, marina with boat rentals, boating/fishing in unlimited horsepower lake, game room & billiards, dvd rentals, basketball, tennis, sand volleyball, baseball field, group fire pit areas, indoor & outdoor pools, sauna & whirlpool, fitness center, nature hiking trails, beach, children's playground, horseshoe pits and shuffleboard court.
