District Meeting
The next district meeting for OCPA District 1 will be held on Tuesday, June 17, 2008 with coffee, pastries and networking at 9:30 a.m. and the meeting starting at 10:00 am. The meeting will be hosted by Marc Mattmiller at the Dublin Methodist Hospital located at 7500 Hospital Drive, Dublin, Ohio 43016.
Meeting Presentation & Agenda
Denise Haynes, Compliance Officer with MedCentral Health System will be sharing information on the topic of H.I.P.A.A. (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act). Denise will be able to clarify some of the “cloudy” perceptions law enforcement can experience while conducting investigations. Please bring your questions and/or concerns so that they can be addressed.
The meeting agenda will consist of an update on OCPA, what we have been working on over the past several months, 2008 OCPA Conference details and any additional business.
All members are encouraged to come and participate, both public and private sector members. In addition, if you know of any prospective new members from your Department, neighboring agency, or the private industry, invite them along as well. Give them a sampling of what the OCPA is all about.
