Rachel Mathess

Rachel was also recognized this year as OCPA Practitioner of the Year for non law enforcement.

One other tidbit of information about Rachel is that she attended her first OCPA conference in 2000. She has attended every OCPA conference since, and in every case she has borne that expense on her own. In 2001, Rachel passed her CPS exam. She is one of only a select few citizen members who is a Certified Prevention Specialist.

Rachel has been a dedicated OCPA member for eight years, and has been active in crime prevention for much longer. It is for this dedication that we recognize Rachel as a 2007 honorary member. We hope that Rachel will remain active in OCPA and crime prevention for the next 30 years.
